Beauty Expert for over 20 Years
Ms. Doreen Lindgren completed further skin care studies at the Sheridan Vocation-Technical Center. She successfully owned and operated a number of Beauty Salons including Rich & Famous Studio and the Blue Room Salon in Boca Raton, Florida.
Moving with a focus into the field of Permanent Makeup, she obtained a certification in Micro-pigmentation in 2000 and later became a Board Certified Educator in Basic and Advanced Permanent Cosmetics. Ms Lindgren became and is still one of the most respective leaders in Permanent Makeup Instruction. She is also an expert in advanced techniques such as 3D Areola Micro-pigmentation, Scar Camouflage and Color Correction
Ms. Lindgren then elevated her beauty credentials by studying for and receiving Certification for Cosmetic Tattooing, Pain Control, and Medical Application and Certifications as a Diplomat, Fellow and finally Board Certified Instructor in Micro-pigmentation. Her image consultant credentials ran a parallel course when she completed the Stoltz Image Institute (Image Consultant to the Whitehouse) course and a second Stoltz certification in Color Analysis Training and Certified Image Consultant.
As a prerequisite to practicing Permanent Cosmetics, she holds a Bloodborne Pathogens and Infection Control for Tattooing and Body Piercing Certification. She became a member of the International Board of Medicine and Surgery (IBMS.)
Ms. Lindgren is a nationally sought-after motivational speaker and has become an International Trainer in Micro-pigmentation (Permanent Makeup) providing her services to Plastic surgeons and business owners.
Work history
Ms. Lindgren has appeared with world-renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Jorge Perez on the ABC News Extreme Makeover and on the Rick Sanchez Show. She also works with Dr. Marie Mazzoti, Yale University graduate in plastic surgery working especially with breast cancer survivors. Currently assisting with designing 3D Areola re-pigmentation with Dr. Lowe, Ft. Lauderdale FL.
As demonstrated by the accompanying portfolio, her career is now dedicated to providing training in Permanent Makeup, Eye Liner, Eyebrows, Lips, Medical and in 3-D Areola Re-pigmentation, Scar Camouflage, Color Correction, Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT) and Hair Simulation.
Ms. Lindgren also provides services for various educational institutes that want to provide their students with additional education in Microblading, Permanent Makeup and Advance Medical Tattooing.
Ms. Lindgren, by education, by experience and by temperament has been in the self-image improvement field virtually her entire adult life.
