Look Image Permanent Makeup School Admission RequirementsIndividuals wishing to enter the Look Image Permanent Makeup School Training Courses must fulfill the following requirements:
- Please check your state’s requirements for Makeup School Applications.
- Perspective Permanent Makeup School students must interview with an admissions officer, either on the phone of in person. The objective of the interview is to determine the qualifications of the applicant for acceptance into the Permanent Makeup School program as well as answer any questions he/she may have.
- The enrollment agreement between the applicant and the Look Image School Permanent Makeup School must be signed and submitted.
- If a parent or guardian is accepting responsibility they must also sign the Look Image School Permanent Makeup School enrollment agreement.
